LIFESHAPERS is not a diet. It’s a sustainable philosophy of right eating using 3 meals per day & natural foods from your kitchen.
The program focuses on fat loss, without the unwanted loss of muscle mass, as often is the case in many diets. The main focus is also “nutritional optimization” ensuring the right nutrition and micronutrients. All happens under guidance of a personal “accountability partner”. Most weight loss programs give just a ready-made, often complicated to follow diet plan, but LS is based on personal accountability to set long term sustainable healthy habits.
About The Program
The LIFESHAPERS philosophy evolved in the year 2016 from a group of ordinary health enthusiasts, medical practitioners, specialists in nutritional medicine, and health & wellness influencers. Since then, more than 8,000 people have benefitted from the LIFESHAPERS basic philosophy of “Natural Foods, Right Foods… not Less Foods, and accountability & guidance”, to lose weight and set long-term sustainable lifestyle habits for life. Typical weight loss in the 3 months program is ~11 kgs. The majority of people who have followed the LIFESHAPERS program, sustain the fat loss and do not gain the weight back after the 3 months program is over.

A. It’s a 90-day schedule divided into three phases, typical fat loss on the program is 8-10 kgs in 3 months. First step is you do a free video consultation where your current eating regime is assessed, and the program explained. Once you start you get access to the LS resources, a customized food regime around your current eating habits, and we expect you to send photos of your food plates 3 times per day to your accountability partner. The program does not involve meal replacements but real food.
A. Based on experience of more than 4,000 people having completed LIFESHAPERS, gaining weight would be extremely rare. This is because in the 3 months program you learn sound sustainable principles of eating. What to Eat, When to Eat and How much to Eat of what!!
